Lunches

Lunchtime is an important part of the day and good table manners are encouraged.

School dinner money must be paid weekly in advance.
Money should be sent to school in a named envelope with the amount clearly stated. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Cambridgeshire County Council’

If children bring a packed lunch, please ensure that it is in a named plastic container. Children should not bring glass bottles or cans of drink.

Free school meals entitlement is for those parents who are in receipt of Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance (Income based). If you are in receipt of either of these benefits, please collect an application form from the school secretary.
School meals are cooked on the premises.
Menus are planned to ensure a balanced diet is on offer each day, which the children enjoy and can be seen below.
At lunchtime, our team of lunchtime play-leaders organise a wide range of activities. Games equipment is available for use with monitors and play-leaders organising some activities. The school environment includes areas for energetic activities as well as a stage and quiet areas to read or have a chat with friends.
The children have use of a range of play equipment and, therefore, balls and other games should not be brought in from home.
